JILL-LYN EUTO

March 20, 1982 - January 28, 2001

On Superbowl Sunday - January 28th, 2001 someone took the life of Jill-Lyn Euto.  Jill was 18 years old and lived by herself at the "James Apartments" 600 James Street, Syracuse, NY.

Before that Jill-Lyn lived with her family in the Lyncourt section of Syracuse. Jill-Lyn was a very young, sweet girl who was full of life. She was a hard worker, independent, and worked at Aeropostale in Shoppingtown Mall. Jill-Lyn had a great smile and a wonderful personality.

Someone took all her dreams of a bright successful future away from her and her family.  She was going to go to school as a paramedic, but now that has all changed. All our lives have changed. Jill would have been an inspiration to so many people, but now that won't ever happen...  With a smile of an angel, an angel she will always be.

At this time, no one has been arrested or convicted of her murder.

The family is asking for "HELP." A Reward Fund has been set up in the name of JILL-LYN EUTO

TOMMY KINSLOW

April 9, 1985 - November 22, 2005

You might say Frank and Pam Kinslow live in Cold Case Central.
Their 20-year-old son, Thomas, was fatally shot outside their Constitution Avenue townhouse on Nov. 22, 2005.
A few doors away, a mother and her son were stabbed to death in their home in March 2003.
They wrote a letter to the City Council in January, urging that “at least one detective be assigned to investigate cold cases only.”
“The fact that someone is out there walking the streets and enjoying life and he’s not, that’s hard,” Pam Kinslow said.
Police arrested a suspect in the Kinslow slaying, but blood found on Tommy Kinslow’s clothing did not match the suspect’s DNA, so he was released.
In time, new homicides commanded the attention of investigators.
Frank Kinslow wistfully noted that Nov. 22, the murder anniversary, fell on Thanksgiving.
Pam Kinslow nodded and said, “On the anniversary of his death, it gets hard. And then there’s his birthday. It never goes away. Life as we knew it is gone.”

Joshua Delaney  "Strap G "

June 23,1982 - June 15, 2005

Joshua Jerome Delaney’s mother tried to save him by getting him out of the state.
Kay Crawford knew if Delaney fell back into the crowd he’d been r u n n i n g with, bad things would happen.
“He got into something he could not get out of,” Crawford said.
Delaney was shot to death early Wednesday when a man fired into the SUV he was driving in a southeast Colorado Springs neighborhood.
Colorado Springs police hadn’t made any arrests in the case Thursday.
“He was a very giving person,” said Crawford, who added Delaney called her every day to see how she was doing. “There was nothing Josh would deny you if he cared about you.”
Crawford said she tried to talk probation officials into letting him leave the state, knowing he might get in trouble again if he stayed in Colorado Springs.
“The state wouldn’t let me get him out of here,” Crawford said. “I did not feel good about him being here.”
